One of the PC's in the IT department began having the issue and we have had Office support remoted into the PC on 3 occasions for over 2 hours each while they try to figure out what is going on. This is also only a temporary fix as well.Ħ. Removed the users profiles from the PC's and Removed and Reinstalled office.
Removed the Office File Validation Tool per Microsoft Support. Preformed a Registry Update provided by Microsoft Support. Removed Office from the PC and Reinstalled. Ran Office Repair this seems to fix it but the issue returns after a week or so.Ģ. It has been a mess trying to work with them.ġ. In fact it took over 2 weeks to get them to even acknowledge we were customers and entitled to support that we had purchased with our license agreement.
Microsoft Office Support has been totally ineffective in helping us with this issue. Office will give an error that it is not activated or an error that says "The Trial Period is Over, Please Activate your copy of Office".
